Once the order has been placed you have the right to cancel if you contact us with in 12 hours of placing the order. You can do so by emailing or calling us. (Details on our contact us page).
After 12 hours of placing the order you can no longer cancel.
All products are handled with care by our specialist furniture delivery company, however on some occasions an order can be damaged in transit. Due to this we ask that items are opened and checked on delivery. If there is damage to the product purchased then call us immediately and then email photos of the damage and we will work to resolve the issue.
Here at Dixons Interiors we advise that you check dimensions prior to ordering on large items to make sure that it will fit in the property, chosen room or space.
Once an order is placed you are confirming that the necessary checks have been made by yourself and at this point Dixons Interiors will not take any responsibility for this. You are then liable to deal with the problem and we cannot take the item(s) back.
